First-Year Writing in the English Department at the University of Michigan, upper-level writing courses in the Slavic Department, and interdisciplinary seminars for the Institute for the Humanities (taught online) and the Honors College. In addition to my experience in the classroom, I have served as mentor to undergraduates undertaking guided independent research in the University of Michigan’s Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program. I hold two pedagogy certificates from the University of Michigan: one in teaching methodologies from the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching, and another in inclusive pedagogy from the Rackham Graduate School Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Professional Development Program. In 2017, I was competitively selected by the University of Michigan as a Sweetland Writing Fellow to participate in an interdisciplinary seminar on writing pedagogy and developing composition curricula across disciplines.
